AIEEE: Is It Worth Appearing In The Exam And Why Is It Better Than Others

With the popularity of engineering courses because of immediate recruitment, people are considering appearing in the AIEEE. There are many more positive features about getting an engineering degree. And for admissions into engineering degree, AIEEE is one of the gateways. The All India Engineering Entrance Exam is a test conducted by the CBSE for admissions into the various engineering colleges in the country, held once in a year. The exam is conducted usually during the month of April or May, when most of the state board exams for the 10+2 levels have been over. Now, for most of the students it is time to go for the AIEEE.
It is during the 10+2 level and study that most of the students will have to decide about what they would be doing in the future. There are many options for such students to choose from and they try to build a strong foundation for future careers from this juncture. For choosing the AIEEE as a stepping stone for a prosperous career, the following points might be big reasons. - All India engineering entrance exam is conducted for admissions into the various engineering and architecture courses in the country and is a means to let the students pursue BE or B tech courses. Most of the National Institutes of Technology and Indian Institutes of Technology accept the ranks of the AIEEE for admitting students into the variety of engineering streams. These institutes are ranked in top 100 list of engineering colleges and provide the students with multiple benefits like: • Campus recruitment is quite high, with sometimes more than one placement for each student.
• The pay scale that these pass outs command in the market scenario are higher than the average of the lower rung institutes.
• The education system in these institutes is based on research due to which innovative learning is inculcated among the students.
• These institutes are funded by the government, due to which the students are not required to pay a hefty amount towards their tuition fees. - Equal opportunity is provided to all those students who are aspiring to be engineers. Since the exam is conducted in many centres across the country in the same day, the questions which people face are same throughout. Whoever gets a rank in the entrance exam has done so by his or her, own mettle and is better than the person ranked below. The uniformity in the exam system is the greatest point in favour of AIEEE being so popular. - Plenty of tests for engineering are there in the country, but most of them are in the category of state wise entrance exams. States conduct their own JEEs or CETs, which allow the students of those particular states to take admissions. For the students of any state to get admitted into other states, the only way is through the AIEEE or through the entrance exam of any particular university, which is difficult to crack due to the limited number of seats. - This brings up another positive factor in AIEEE and this is about the huge number of seats. There are hundreds of seats in each stream in every college of engineering. When so many seats are open for aspiring candidates of the country, they are sure to be excited about taking admissions. This is one of the most important reasons why so many people appear in this particular engineering entrance exam. With so many pointers in affirmative towards the AIEEE, it is hard to point at someone who doesn’t appear in this exam. It has become one of the most talked about topics, every year as more and more students are preparing and appearing for their fate in the All India Engineering Entrance Exam.
